Sourcing
Carefully source wearable shoes.
We look for pairs with character, quality construction and life left in them — from brands and styles people genuinely want to wear. Most of what we see, we say no to.

Inspection
Quality, condition, authenticity, usability.
Every pair is checked closely — soles, stitching, insoles, lining, laces and labels. We note every mark honestly and check branded pairs against label, stitching and production details.

Cleaning & Preparation
Prepared for presentation and sale.
Every pair is cleaned, deodorised and finished — uppers, midsoles and insoles — so it arrives ready to wear.

Photography
Detailed images from every angle.
Side, back, soles, labels, size tags and — importantly — any wear or defects, photographed clearly so you can inspect the pair before you buy.

Listing
Transparent, honest listings.
Each listing carries a standard condition grade, written notes on wear, exact measurements in inches, materials and price — with the original reference price where known.

Delivery
Safely packaged and delivered.
Orders are packed carefully and dispatched with a trusted courier. Cash on Delivery is available, and you can follow your order from packed to delivered.

One scale. Every product.
Each pair gets a grade from this five-step scale, plus written notes on every visible mark.
