01Processing time
Orders are inspected, re-checked and packed within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Bank Transfer orders are processed once payment is verified.
02Delivery methods & timing
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Express delivery: 1–2 working days to major cities. Studio pickup is available by appointment.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
03Tracking
You can follow your order at any time on the Track Order page using your order number and the email or phone used at checkout.
04Packaging
Items are cleaned, folded or wrapped and packed in protective packaging so they arrive in the condition described.
05Delays & undeliverable parcels
Courier delays can happen. If your parcel is late, contact us and we'll follow up. Parcels refused or undeliverable after repeated attempts are returned to us and handled under the Refund Policy.
